Update
I survived. It was slow but I really only walked about .2 miles (.1 at the top of the hill and .1 trying to psych myself up at the start). The boys enjoyed their ride and even did a loop around the mansions of Belle Meade. Off to the Loveless Cafe. Tonight we are going to a Ray Charles tribute at the Opry. Sounds like today will involve lots of healthy food.
